We diagnose the whole system, not just the bit that's broken — most cold-radiator calls trace to a balancing or sludge issue, not a new boiler.
Radiator installations & replacements
New radiators sized and balanced for the room. Old radiators removed and recycled. TRVs added where they make sense.
Power flushing
Magnetite and sludge cleared. New inhibitor added. System left running quietly and balanced top to bottom.
Boiler servicing & repair
Annual service, gas checks, condensate clearing. Repair work on common combi and system boilers — we will not push a replacement when a repair is the right call.
Hot water cylinder work (incl. unvented)
G3-qualified for unvented cylinders. Replacement, servicing and upgrade of vented and unvented systems.
Thermostats & controls
Wired and wireless thermostats, smart controls, zone valves. We pair the controls properly so they actually save you money.
Pipework reroutes
Tidy up exposed runs, move pipework for new kitchens or floors, microbore conversions where appropriate.
