Full strip-out & waste removal
Old suite, tiles and flooring out. Skip booked and removed at the end — included in the quote.
First-fix plumbing
New copper or Speedfit runs to spec. Isolation valves on every appliance. Pressure-tested before second fix.
Electrics & lighting
IP-rated downlights, shaver sockets, extract fans wired to building regs. Part P signed off.
Plastering & boarding
Tile-backer boards in wet areas. Skim-finished ceilings ready for paint. Walls left dead flat for tiling.
Tiling & flooring
Hand-cut tiling on a true-set base. Anti-slip flooring where appropriate. Grout colours matched to the suite.
Suite & fittings install
Showers, baths, basins, toilets, taps — all installed and tested. Sealed properly, not just to the eye.
